Terms of Use
The artworks created by Amber Brunsden are protected by copyright, and no images are to be used without prior consent.
I maintain complete ownership and copyright over all artworks sold unless the purchaser has explicitly acquired the rights to the image through a separate agreement. Reproduction, recreation, or any form of distribution of the artworks is strictly prohibited without my authorization as the artist.
If there are any uncertainties or inquiries regarding the copyright of an artwork, please feel free to contact me via email at amberbrunsdenart@gmail.com. I am available to provide further information and clarification on any copyright-related matters.
Shipping & Delivery
Items will be packaged to ensure protection in transit, this will typically include using bubble wrap, foam board and cardboard.
I normally use Royal Mail for orders within the UK. Any International orders will normally be shipped using DHL depending on the size of the painting. I reserve the right to choose the specific courier service subject to availability.
If you are paying by PayPal, I will send the item to the delivery address stated at the checkout, not the PayPal account.
Processing your order: 1-5 days for small paintings, up to 15 days for large artworks
Shipping to UK : 1-3 working days (for first class)
Shipping Internationally: 5 - 10 working days
If, upon receipt, you observe any damage to the goods, please consider signing for the delivery as 'damaged in transit' or contact me via email within 24 hours of receiving the shipment. Your prompt notification is crucial in addressing any potential issues related to damaged items.
As of 12/12/2024 I will unfortunately no longer be able to sell to the EU and NI. Due to the new GPSR regulations it will be incredibly difficult for me to continue selling to these countries due to the new legislations. Every painting or artwork I sell would require safety assessments in every EU language and I would also require an EU representive who resides in the country I am selling to, to confirm that the item is safe and abides by the rules. I am hoping in the future to gather some more information about these new regulations and learn more so hopefully one day I can start selling again to the EU and NI.
Customs & Taxes
Any customs and taxes that may apply to your order are beyond the control of Amber Brunsden Art. You, as the customer, are solely liable for paying any fees incurred during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Kindly be advised: In the event that the item is being shipped internationally, there exists a small possibility that it might be held in customs for a maximum of 6 weeks. It's important to note that this is a potential occurrence with all packages departing from the UK, and it generally should not pose an issue.
Refunds
Should you wish to request a refund, kindly get in touch with me. For the refund process, the item must be returned to the designated return address, addressed to my attention, and be in good condition, including the original packaging. Please note that the refund amount can only be processed once the item has been returned in an undamaged state.
